We do not provide real estate advice, represent buyers or sellers in transactions, negotiate deals, or earn commissions on real estate transactions. All real estate transactions are between you and your chosen licensed real estate professional. SwipeHome is not responsible for any real estate transaction or the conduct of any agent or buyer on the platform.
As a buyer, you may browse listings, save preferences, swipe on properties, request tours, and connect with agents. You represent that any pre-approval status or financial information you provide is accurate. SwipeHome does not verify your financial information.
As a real estate agent, you represent that you hold a valid and current real estate license in the state(s) where you operate. You agree to provide your accurate license number and brokerage affiliation. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards, including RESPA, Fair Housing Act, and state-specific requirements. SwipeHome may verify your license status and reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with invalid or expired licenses.
As a listing agent, you represent that you have the authority to list the properties you add to the platform and that all listing information you provide is accurate and not misleading. You agree that SwipeHome may analyze listing photos and content for quality and accuracy purposes.
Property listings and related data displayed on SwipeHome are sourced from third-party data providers, MLS feeds, and user submissions. While we strive for accuracy, SwipeHome does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any property information, including but not limited to: listing price, property condition, square footage, photos, neighborhood data, cost estimates, or investment analyses. All property information is provided for informational purposes only. You should independently verify all information before making any real estate decisions.
SwipeHome uses artificial intelligence to generate certain content, including property insights, neighborhood scores, photo verification scores, cost estimates, offer suggestions, and investment analyses. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional real estate, financial, legal, or investment advice. AI analysis may contain errors or inaccuracies. Always consult with qualified professionals before making real estate or financial decisions.
SwipeHome's photo verification feature analyzes listing photos for signs of digital manipulation. While we strive for accuracy, this analysis is AI-generated and may not detect all forms of manipulation or may flag photos incorrectly. Photo verification scores are provided as a tool to assist buyers and should not be the sole basis for any decision.

The SwipeHome name, logo, and all related trademarks are the property of Swipe Home LLC. The Services and their content, features, and functionality are owned by Swipe Home LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our prior written consent.
Certain features of the Services may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and features will be clearly presented before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in harmful conduct. You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SWIPEHOME DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SWIPE HOME LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, ANY PROPERTY TRANSACTION, ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Swipe Home LLC from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your real estate transactions with other users.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in the State of Delaware. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
