Yes — the core features (swiping, saving homes, requesting tours, and connecting with agents) are completely free for buyers. We'll offer an optional premium subscription with advanced property insights like flood risk data, crime statistics, school ratings, and comparable sales in the future.

Photo-Truth™ is our proprietary technology that scans every listing photo for signs of digital manipulation — virtual staging, wide-angle lens distortion, sky replacements, and AI-generated images. Each listing receives a reality score so buyers know exactly what they're looking at. Listings with verified, unedited photos get a green "Verified Photos" badge.
Design DNA™ is our taste-learning engine. It analyzes every home you swipe on — right or left — and identifies patterns in your aesthetic preferences. Over time, it builds a detailed style profile: your preferred architectural style, must-have features, deal-breakers, and even your price sweet spot. Your agent gets this profile as a "buyer dossier" so they can find your dream home without asking 100 questions.
True Cost™ shows the real monthly cost of owning a home — not just the listing price. Every property card shows estimated mortgage payment, property taxes, homeowners insurance, estimated utilities, and maintenance costs. You can adjust the down payment and interest rate to see how it affects your monthly payment. No more surprises after closing.
When you're ready to make an offer, Offer Insight analyzes comparable sales, market conditions, days on market, and buyer demand to suggest a competitive offer range. You'll see a suggested low, mid, and high offer price along with a win probability percentage. It's like having a pricing analyst in your pocket — but the final decision is always yours and your agent's.

The core features are completely free — swiping, saving homes, requesting tours, and connecting with agents. We'll offer an optional Premium tier at $9.99/month that includes True Cost™ overlays, Offer Insight with comp analysis, detailed neighborhood scores, and advanced property data. Early access users get a generous free trial.
Early access is free for agents in our pilot markets. Our Agent SaaS plan will be $99/month and includes the Verified Intent dashboard, Design DNA™ taste profiles for every client, 2-tap tour scheduling, and advanced listing analytics. For comparison, a single qualified lead on Zillow costs $200-350 — our platform delivers unlimited verified buyer intent for a flat monthly fee.
Yes. Our Pro Investor plan at $29.99/month includes instant deal analysis (cash flow, cap rate, ROI projections), bulk property underwriting, investment grade scoring, deal alerts for properties matching your criteria, and advanced comparable sales data. It replaces the 15-30 minutes of spreadsheet work investors do for every property.

For Buyers

When you set up your profile, you tell us your preferences — location, budget, bedrooms, property type, and more. Your feed shows homes that match these preferences. Swipe right to save a home to your Liked list, swipe left to pass. Your agent can also recommend homes that appear in your feed.
After you swipe right on a home, go to your Liked Homes and tap "Request Tour." Select your available time windows (e.g., Saturday 10–12 PM, Sunday 2–4 PM), add an optional note, and send. The listing agent gets notified and confirms a time — usually within 24 hours.
Verified buyers have confirmed their mortgage pre-approval or proof of funds through the app. This gives you a verified badge that's visible to agents. Benefits include priority tour scheduling, access to verified-only listings, and faster confirmations. Verification is optional — you can use the app without it.
You can browse and swipe homes without an agent. However, connecting with an agent makes the experience better — they can recommend homes, coordinate tours faster, and help you through the offer process. If you don't have an agent, you can find one through the app.
SwipeHome requires full disclosure when listing images have been digitally enhanced or augmented (virtual staging, edited sky, etc.). These listings display an "IMAGES AUGMENTED" badge so you always know what you're looking at.

For Agents

Early access is completely free. We'll eventually offer a premium tier with advanced analytics and tools, but the core features — listing homes, seeing buyer interest, managing tours — will always be available. Agents who join early get the best deal.
Listing agents can upload properties directly through the app. Add photos, property details, pricing, and characteristics (turnkey, needs rehab, sale type, etc.). You must disclose if images have been augmented. Listings go live in the buyer swipe feed immediately.
Every time a buyer swipes right on your listing, that's a demand signal — an active expression of interest, not just a passive page view. Your dashboard shows how many buyers liked each listing, their verification status, and whether they've requested a tour. This data helps you make better pricing and marketing decisions.
You set a threshold for each listing (e.g., 10 right swipes). When your listing hits that number, you're prompted to schedule an open house. All interested buyers receive a notification and a unique QR code. At the door, you scan their QR to confirm they're registered. This eliminates random walk-ins and ensures every attendee is a genuinely interested buyer.
Yes. Listing agents can toggle "Verified buyers only" for tour requests and even hide the full address from unverified users. This ensures only pre-approved, serious buyers can request showings. You can turn this off anytime to maximize visibility.
No — SwipeHome complements your existing workflow. Keep listing on MLS, Zillow, and other platforms. SwipeHome adds a layer of buyer intent data and tour coordination on top of what you already do. Think of it as a lead quality filter, not a replacement.
